We accept payment by all major credit and debit card companies. Once we have received your order, we will send you an email confirmation

Orders placed by 2pm, will be processed and delivered within 3 working days

All orders must be paid for in full and are the property of Collards until paid for

For all orders, UK VAT is applied at the current rate of 20%

Any time or date of delivery is provided in good faith. This is an estimate only and we will accept no liability for loss suffered or caused through late or non-delivery

Delivery charge - £3.00 up to and including 30kg and a further charge of £3.00 per additional 30kg. UK VAT is applied at the current rate on all deliveries.

Delivery schedule – Within 3 working days via our dedicated courier if order placed before 2pm

In the unlikely event that an order is placed for an item that is out of stock, we will automatically refund the amount of money paid. Should you experience any difficulties, please let us know

All goods delivered should be examined at time of delivery and any damaged goods should be rejected

If a customer wishes to claim that there is a shortage on the delivery or the goods are delivered defective or damaged, the customer should give us notice by email or write to us within 7 days of the delivery date. If this is not adhered to, the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered undamaged without defect and in accordance with the delivery document

We shall not be held under any liability for failure to perform our obligations due to events or circumstances outside of our control

Collards does not disclose customers’ information to third parties, other than order details which are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any details to any additional third party.

If for any reason there is a problem with your goods, please return to the address shown below and a full refund will be given
